Tanya Smith is from San Diego and has been working with infants and children virtually her whole life. By the age of 3 she was helping her mom run a daycare out of their home. While attending Helix High School her elective curriculum consisted of Aquatics & Child development. She is began working in Aquatics in 2015. Tanya's passion for life is reflected in her work & every time she applies herself she brings her talents to LIFE!!

Marqui Smith is the CEO & founder of Pact Mentality born and raised in San Diego with a passion and talent for teaching! Marqui began teaching aquatics in 2009 and has become well known and respected throughout the Industry as well as his local Communities. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his Wife Instructor Tanya, his daughter Aaliyah, & son Andrew and Black Lab Nala.

David joined the team in 2016. With a M.B.A. from SDSU in Marketing Dave has assisted in transforming the image of Pact Mentality into the family friendly, driven company you see before you today. In his leisure time David travels the world.

Dave joined the team in 2016. As the face of our internal affairs, Dave coordinates and organizes all events and regulates all things legal. Dave is an avid surfer in his free time.
